Hotel Sai Mahal

Its an ok place. It is on the main road and going to the temple is easy.

They switch off AC from time to time using switch at the reception. This cheap trick may be to save some money for them but breaks your sleep sweating through the night. We were 3 families with 4 rooms between us. Also there are many mosquitoes. Staff is nice and polite and location is 0.5 km from the Sai Mandir. Also they have a EV charger which is a plus if you have an EV car.

Not good

1) We requested the Hotel for a pick up Taxi service from Shirdi Airport to the Hotel as my wife travelled alone with my small kid. Though she ordered the Taxi a day prior to her stay, the Hotel did not send her the Taxi on time. It really upset us as they promised to send the Taxi and When my wife called the Reception, they asked her to catch an another Taxi and come.2) The door locks were broken. When my wife requested for a room change, the Reception person said, the other vacant rooms too have broken locks in the door which means by default all the room door locks are broken 3) I requested to deliver a Birthday cake for my wife. But they did not cater to it nor did they answer my calls. In our opinion the customer service was really bad

Property is clean and on the main road to Saibaba temple(2 mins drive, we would have walked but with small kid preferred car).Staff was super friendly. room service and food was nice.Vijay was very helpful and gave us a upgraded room free of charge.

Car Parking, front desk, Room size, cleanliness and proximity to the temple is all good.

Hot water was a big problem, despite running down of many buckets of water also the water was cold-- major inconvenience.Also the breakfast was served late.

Location being on the main road towards and not far away from Temple is the most likeable attribute. The staff is very helpful, enthusiastic and of pleasant disposition. These two factors are silver lining in otherwise dull scenario.

Though Hotel Sai Palace Shirdi is displayed with four star rating, I seriously doubt whether this property is four star ? If so the management should display the award and certificate provided by HRACC. The rooms are unclean, the wash room facilities are abyssmal and very old and considerable delay was caused during breakfast in the small dining room. Santosh Gauriar

No cleanliness, Beds and Blankets were dirty, No proper breakfast

Electric car charging point in parking.Cordial staff.Good room size.Close to Shirdi temple.Petrol pump right opposite.Indusind ATM nearby.Restaurants and Shirdi Prasadalay are at walking distance.

1. Linen used and pillows were absolutely very dirty and not clean.2. Some lights in rooms not working.3. TV was not working on any rooms. 4. One of the rooms we stayed in did not have a working sensor lock so everytime the staff had to be called to open with a master key.

None of the facilities were working.A/C was not working.TV was not working.Frequent power cuts.

We did not had breakfast, not sure if there was any option for breakfast in hotel.

Rooms were not cleaned at all. Bed sheets were dirty when we entered into the room, it was smelly.

Located Closed To Sai Temple . Check In was very smooth followed by welcoming Staff.

There is no facility even No breakfast . I found their washroom in very strange way . Overall a basic room .

Room were excellent, large size with a springy bed. Close by to water park and temple.

Restaurant is closed, not even a morning cup of tea is available

Did not have breakfast.

Though the staff was courteous and helpful. However, the linen were not so clean, had to get them replaced clean. The washroom was not well equipped. There was no provision of a kettle in the room.
